What is TOPPBOX?

TOPPBOX is a grooming subscription service that delivers a carefully curated selection of full-sized grooming products to your door. Each box focuses on a different aspect of your routine, helping you build the perfect grooming regimen over time.

What's inside each box?

Each box contains three full-sized grooming essentials, focused on a specific category like Skincare, Hair, Body, Beard, or Shaving. You’ll receive high-quality products tailored to your needs.

How do you personalise your boxes?

When you sign up, you’ll complete a Grooming Profile that helps us determine which boxes to send. If you don’t have a beard, you won’t receive the Beard Box. If you shave instead, we’ll send the Shave Box.

How much does TOPPBOX cost?

A subscription costs £35. Our boxes are delivered once every month.

Can I purchase as a gift?

You certainly can, just tick the 'This is a Gift' checkbox at the checkout and enter the gift recipients details.

When will my first box be dispatched?

Your first box will be dispatched on Monday 17th February. We use Royal Mail and delivery takes 1-3 working days.

How often is TOPPBOX delivered?

We deliver your renewal boxes once every months. Your first box will be dispatched on Monday 17th February. Your second box will be the dispatched on 10th of March. Your third box will be dispatched on the 10th of April. So on and so forth every month.

When is the next renewal date?

Plans renew on the 1st of every month. Renewal boxes are dispatched on the 10th of the same month. If you have signed up before the 19th of February, your next renewal is on the 1st of March. If you have signed up after the 19th of February, your next renewal is on the 1st of April.

Can I cancel my subscription?

We're sorry to hear that you wish to end your plan with us. You can suspend, restart or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account. You must cancel by the last day of the month should you not wish to receive any further boxes.

What is the return and refund policy (Guarantee Policy)?

If you'd like to cancel your order and get a refund, we'd be more than happy to help you. If your box has already been shipped, we would require the box to be returned back to us in its original state, and don't worry we'll cover the return postage too. Once received, we'll issue a full refund immediately. Returns and refunds eligible within 60 days of order.
