WHEN WILL I GET MY FIRST BOX?

Your first box will be dispatched the very next working day, with delivery usually taking 1-3 working days.

WHEN WILL MY SUBSCRIPTION RENEW?

Your plan will renew automatically on the anniversary of your sign-up date. For example, if you sign up on the 12th of the month, then yours subscription will renew automatically on the 12th of every month, every other month, or every three months, depending on your subscription plan.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY RENEWAL BOX?

Once your subscription renews successfully, your renewal box will be dispatched the very next working day, with delivery usually taking 1-3 working days.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS NATURAL?

Yes. All our products have been made using the highest quality natural and organic ingredients, are free from harsh chemicals, vegan friendly and cruelty free.

DO YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN SYNTHETIC FRAGRANCES?

No. Our products do not contain any synthetic fragrances and are naturally fragranced with Essential oils. Essential oils are naturally occurring and are derived from plants. These capture the plant's scent as well as the powerful health benefits.

DO YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN ALCOHOL?

No. Our products are considered to be alcohol-free. Cetearyl alcohol is an ingredient that is commonly used in the industry in creams and products to soften and condition the skin as well as to stabilise the emulsion. Benzyl alcohol is naturally occurring in plants and enhances the scent of the product as well as having preservative qualities. Not only are these ingredients considered safe and nontoxic for use on the skin and hair, but they are also non-drying or irritating like other types of alcohol. Due to their chemical structure, Cetearyl and Benzyl alcohol are permitted as an ingredient in products labelled 'alcohol-free'.

WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?

Our products are made right here in the UK. Our bottles are manufactured in Norfolk, boxes in Manchester, skincare formulations in Surrey, and we bring it all together in our facilities in London and send it out to our members all over the UK.

HOW MUCH IS POSTAGE?

Postage and packaging is FREE for all subscriptions and £3.35 for other deliveries. We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries.

WILL I SAVE MONEY IF I SUBSCRIBE?

Yes. You will save up 50% per box if you subscribe in comparison to a one time-purchase.

DO YOU HAVE ONE-TIME PRODUCTS?

Our products have been made using gentle formulation specifically for sensitive skin. Our products are kind enough and suitable for all skin types.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

As long as the products have not been used and are in the same condition as when leaving our warehouse, we are able to issue a refund immediately upon receiving the returned products.

CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Yes. We're sorry to hear that you wish to end your subscription with us. If there's anything we can do to help you find a more suitable plan then please do not hesitate to get in touch. You can suspend, restart or cancel your subscription at anytime by logging into your account.

HOW DOES THE MONEY BACK GUARANTEE WORK?

This money back guarantee is open to all UK residents and only applies to our subscription products. If you are not satisfied with any of our products, we will refund the actual price paid. To obtain a refund for a product purchased, customers must email [email protected] to give notice of their wish to return the product before expiry of 28 days following the day of receipt of the product AND return the following items within 14 days from the date of this email: 1) The Products. 2) A brief explanation for return. 3) Sales receipt showing date of purchase. These 3 items must be returned by mail to the following address: TOPP Returns, 37 Kings Road, London, HA2 9JA. If these terms and conditions are fulfilled, we will use reasonable endeavours to provide a refund within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the items listed. Only one refund under this money-back guarantee is available per person and household.
